Renewing provisional licence

    Hi Guys,

    My provisional licence expired in 2012 and I'm looking to renew and get back on the road, is it ok to renew or do I need to take the theory test again? It's also my second provisional.

    No, you don't need to do the theory test again. Just book an appointment at your nearest NDLS centre and renew it.

    Hi ya! Quick question I'm in the same boat my 1st provisional expired in 2012 and I need to renew. Do I have to do the whole 12 modules thing now? Other thing do I need to get the eyesight report in order to renew!

    Also if anyone has any recommendations of a patient instructor in south dublin who can help someone who has the fear of Jesus they would be most welcome! Thanks a mill

    No you don't have to start over, do the 12 lessons, eye test etc etc. Just go to an NDLS centre and renew it.
