Hoping you can all help me

Bit long winded but here goes

Ok I have itec and cibtac beauty specialist course done already

I live in kerry so I am 4 hours from Dublin keep in mind

I have fetac level 6 trainer course done also so I currently have a salon and academy offering beauty hair extensions and nails courses

I want to expand on the make up side of things

I want to cover the areas below
    Drag make up
    Avant garde
Special fx( wounds bald caps applying hair etc)
    Theatrical and stage make up
Airbrushing both face and body including eyes with airbrush
Character and period make up eg Egyptian.1950's etc
    Facepainting
    Female to male
    Male make up

Now I have a few options available to me

Option 1: do the bespoke course with la college of creative arts in dublin this would be approx 7 days, being one day every few weeks if not months depending on when I could be free and would amount to about €1800
I would get certificate of attendance stating what was learnt

Option 2: do courses with make up forever Ireland
The way it would work is I could do the 3 day creative course covering drag theatrical stage and avant garde make up that would be 3 consecutive Sunday's
Then complete the special fx course over 4 consecutive Sunday's
Then complete their airbrushing course over 2 back to back days
    This would amount to €1400
All this would leave out on my list is face painting, body painting, character and period make up and male make up
Receiving a cert of attendance at completion

    Option 3
    Do a course with vanityx
Going up and down 2 times a week for the evening course
Covering all areas and is €1000
Receiving a cert of attendance at completion

Which do ye feel is my best bet? I know the vanityx sounds brilliant but it is up and down 2 days a week plus the other companies make up forever and la college Of creative arts are so well known?

I'm so confused cause I want to down the line be able to teach these modules so I want a course that is prestigious

    HELP

    Hey Carareen,

Have you considered BFEI (formerly SCD)?

They cover all these areas and the exams are done via ITEC

    Thanks sun days

I'm afraid all their courses are full time this isn't suitable for me as I am in kerry and have salon and academy of my own

    Thanks though
