I got a quote for replacing 3 lead valleys as the lead was cracked and split. One valley is 6m and the other two are 5m each side. Its a tile roof. 1800euro does this sound reasonable??

It works out at just about 3 rolls of lead with laps he might be pricing for 4 depending on up over ridge or how accurate 5+5+6 is. Think it's 180-200 a roll, sand cement etc for re pointing. How steep is the roof if it's around 45° its a pain off the roof ladder but if it's like 30° its much easier. It's not a bad price but depends is vat included, insurance etc

Few days work = 150-200x3= 600. Price of lead = 4-600 so all in at 1000-1200 I'd say. A good roofer have that done in 2 days.
