Hi. I recently got my learners permit license and I am willing to buy a car. not over 1.3 engine as a first car. I heard the insurance for the first time drivers is expensive. Im 18 years old (19 in april). What would be the cheapest way to insure the car? In my house only uncle drives a car. 1.5 almera and the only one with license to drive.

ok so the No. 1 rule and the easiest way to get cheaper insurance - Pass Your Test.

once you have that done, then insure car in your own name and have your uncle on it as a named driver (assuming he has a full licence himself). Its often handy to have another driver on it anyway. Another way to lessen the cost slightly is to pay full year insurance in one go rather than in instalments.
