folders on eircom imap account

    I  have an eircom imap account which is picked up by thunderbird on win 7. Why are there two folders for sent and two folders for junk etc. Did I set it up wrong

    There should not be two folders however for a reason why this happened the best advice I can offer you is to get in touch with eircoms email support department on 1530277100  (charged at 33c per min.)-  If you are an eircom broadband subscriber you can reach them on 1890260260.
