best apps for....android phones..HELP

Iv recently got a new samsung and am looking to see what apps people find good or entertaining in out of the following categories:

* Art
* camera...camera affects
* for music to stream or download
* for sports
* for games
* for holidays,reviews
* cool random

not looking for them to nessesarily be on the google play store....but yout opinions would a great help ☺

Yes, i gotta agree, it might makes sense for Moderators to set up sub-menu in Android Devices, and call it Android apps.
Then have 4 or 5 sticky threads, one for movie apps, one for music apps, one for games, one for instant messaging services, etc.

Then again, I always thought there should be a sub-menu within Android Devices for Operating System Updates. It would just make it easier to find relevant threads. But I'm sure from a moderator's point of view, that's probably an administration nightmare as they then have more forums and threads to manage then.:(

I'll throw in my 2cents on this category, because it's a particular area of interest for me; any recommendations from me on the other categories would be subjective, but these are the apps I believe to be the best photo editors.

Snapseed

If I could only own one editing app, this would be it. Really intuitive controls and a diverse range of options, it is my first go to app whenever I'm editing a shot. 100% recommended.

VSCO Cam

This has become another essential app for me. At first I wasn't too sure on what it could offer, as I was so used to Snapseed, but I've since used it to get particular tones that I otherwise couldn't have achieved. Great tasteful filters which can potentially enhance a shot quite a bit if used correctly. There is also a social element to this app, where your gallery can be shared with other users.

Autodesk Pixlr (formerly Pixlr Express)

Pixlr Express is another one I use and highly rate, great subtle filter options, photo smoothing abilities, and one of my favourite things about it, an undo option incase you do something to an jmage that you regret (one of the only frustrating omissions from Snapseed). It also has a fantastic colour splash mode,and some gimmicky effects options if you want to add fun effects to shots (don't use those so much myself...)
