Cracked coolant expansion module/tank/bottle on a 2005 Volvo S40 1.8 S (petrol). Rathcoole & Southside motor factors don't sell them (most likely a Volvo-only part). Waiting on a price quote from Volvo main dealer. Found some on eBay for older models, still searching. Indy garage may be able to source one for me. Anybody…

Anybody know if;
1. There is a compatible Ford equivalant part? It would be cheaper than Volvo.
2. What the Volvo or Ford part number is?
3. If any motor factors sell them?
4. Any breakers yards recommendations that may have them second hand?

Any help appreciated.

Sourced one second hand in a breakers yard for €30 or €35 inc Vat from Volvo main dealer. Part number 30776150.
Anybody have instructions re how to replace/fit one of these?
