Best time to book flights to Orlando October 2015

I am looking at booking a family holiday in October 2015. I am wowing when is the best time to book flights to get best deal. I have some flexibility with dates and we'll do a 1 stop and fly Dublin or Shannon. The best current prices are around 600-650/person with a short connection time.

best time is when you are comfortable with a price, book it and resist the urge to keep checking
