UPC Horizon Broadband browser hanging

I have UPC Horizon , Dublin area and have noticed over the last few weeks that the browser is hanging when on a site for a while for instance an educational site where you click for new questions and it doesnt refresh or looses progress. Or else all sites hanging like Boards, Youtube etc. It seems to come and go where…

It seems to come and go where other times its fine. Laptop is about 8ft away from box.

Any ideas?

Does the same thing happen if you directly connect to Horizon with ethernet cable?
