I'm looking at bringing in a BMW from UK, it's a year old, 10,000 miles but has had two owners. Its at a franchise dealer (but not a BMW) last one seems to have kept it less than two months and done 1500 miles.
If there was a problem it's still well within warranty so would expect sorted but....
    Should one be worried?

    You should certainly tread carefully.

What made you pick this particular car?

Jan 2014 car, good spec, good color. Ticks all the boxes. I'd normally only consider bmw dealers. From a big dealer who has bmw garages and was on their group site when spotted it, this is at their Aston Martin dealership. Price good too, they were a while agreeing to knock a few quid off but eventually got there.

It could have been a dealer's demo model, a pre reg car or similar. The only way to find out is examine the service history and ring the UK garages it was bought from.

Demo car, then the first owner lost their job, and couldn't afford the repayments. It happens..!

apparently was demo - then new owner decided was too small for him and bought a land rover.
probably happy with that - but shows the need to research.
