Hi I am wondering if there are still grants available for upgrading your heating and installing solar panels and if so where can I get information on this.

Not sure about solar anymore but there is grant for boiler and heating controls or just heating controls. There is no grant for boiler only upgrade, no matter what you hear. Contact SEAI for further details
