According to the Irish Rail online site they have "Relaxed Fares from €14.99"
    http://www.irishrail.ie/webfares
I'm interested in going from Mallow to Cork and the website shows "Each-Way Online Fares to/from Dublin" - Cork €14.99. Yet I can't find this option when I go to purchase a ticket. Are these tickets available? If so, how do I access them?

at the top of the page there is a gray section with From, to, single, return ect.. fill that out and it will give you the options of the fares available, when I do it for Mallow to Cork it is €11.20. If you are trying to do it for today you must do it 90 minutes before the train departs.

Thanks. I meant to specify Mallow to Heuston Dublin.
On their " relaxed fares" they advertise " Each-Way Online Fares to/from Dublin" FROM Cork for€ 14.99. Would it be possible to order this priced ticket online?

Book in advance, travel off peak. No problem find 14.99 fares then

Yes you can get the 14.99 fares online, you just need to book in advance as they do sell out. A quick search for example shows there is a number of service each way on Wednesday where the 14.99 fare is available. The 14.99 fare on peak time serviced tend to sell out quicker.

Holy cow, amazing number of trains between Mallow and Cork! That's almost a better service than the Maynooth-Dublin line.

It's the hourly Dublin-Cork service with some extras in the morning and evening peak.
