    Hi ive a 10/100 network card in my pc,ive recently upgraded to 240mb and im only getting up to 30mb will i have to get a new network card to help with the speeds

    Well, you'll have to upgrade to a gigabit ethernet card to be able to get anything approaching 240Mb.
    They're not expensive, just make sure you find out whether you need a PCI or PCIe one.

    You should be getting a bit more than 30Mb if you're the only one connected to the router anyway,
    but I'd expect you'll see a huge improvement if you replace the card.
