House of Liquid (UK site)

    Just wondering what kind of experience others have had with houseofliquid.com (the UK site rather than the e-smokeireland subsection)? I'm curious because out of the last six orders I placed with them, five had the wrong items when delivered. For example, if I order two 60ml bottles they'll deliver one. Once, they completely forgot to process one of my orders altogether, despite sending a confirmation email. It got to the stage that I stopped using them completely last year, but the e-smokeireland site is very low on stock and has been for months.

    I've just received another order from them and again it's missing stuff. Given the above average cost of their products I'd expect better. The only reason I keep using them is that the frozen orange and organic apple are the only liquids I use. They've also redone their packaging and their liquids now only come in tiny 10ml bottles with a wet wipe sachet. What the hell???

    So, am I just unlucky or has anyone else had a similar experience?

    I've only used the UK site a handful of times and never had any problems with them. Then again I'm living in the UK these days, may be that might have something to do with it ?

    Out of interest, what is frozen orange and organic apple like ?

    I don't think it has anything to do with shipping overseas. The problem is with them getting my order wrong nearly every time.

    Frozen orange is delicious. It's my all-day vape and that's the problem! I've tried lots of other orange menthol liquids and nothing comes close so I'm stuck with House of Liquid. It's becoming a problem because of the lack of stock at the Irish site.
