    Hi,

One of the hard drives in my computer crashed this morning and I need to replace it. Luckily it's not the SSD which is running the OS.

This is the machine I bought . The inventory just says "2TB Serial ATA 600".

    Would something like this work?

    Thanks for your help!

Yeah, you shouldn't have a problem using that one.

The drive you linked to is a hybrid drive. You probably don't need a hybrid if your OS is already on a SSD so a standard SATA hard drive would save you a few €.
Or you could get a 3TB drive instead for about the same money...

Thanks very much for your advice. I'd like the second hard drive to be as fast as possible because it's my work machine so that's why I'm going for a Hybrid.
