I have been off the bike for the guts of a year now and I'm looing to get back on the bike more regularly, I took it for a spin there on Saturday and noticed that the back brake is sticking quite a bit, I'm putting this down to the fact the bike has been laid up for all that time.

Has anyone any info on best places to service the bike plus what kind of money is involved. The bike is a Grand Canyon AL with Avid Elixir 1 Brakes
I'd also like the Shock looked at as the remote lock out is also sticking while cycling. Any info would be great.
