English language radio station, with transcripts?

Hi all, I teach English here in France. I have a student who wants to work on his listening skills between classes. Does anyone know of an English-language radio station accessible online that has transcripts of its broadcasts?

(I'm thinking of something similar to FranceInfo, which is a French news station that puts a lot of their content online with printed transcripts, it's excellent for anyone learning French!)

I was looking for a "real" station but it seems hard to find so that would work for the moment!

BBC Radio 4, some of the podcasts have transcripts. As an Example try A History of the World in 100 Objects.
