Please help!!! Instagram problem

    I've asked all of my friends and searched endlessly online to find a solution but to no avail 😥.

    The other day I went to like a photo and this popup direct from Instagram came up;

    "You content is similar to other users content.
    It look like you're posting something that many other people are posting as well, and our systems detected that someone else might have had access to your account. We've prevented your action from going through to protect you, but sadly were not perfect. We apologise the inconvenience if this was something you were trying to post. We restrict certain content and actions to protect our community. Tell is if we've made a mistake."

    Now after this I tried to follow someone, the same message popped up, I tried to comment on something: same message again! I have done nothing nor given out my password or allowed access to my account from any source for this to happen.

    I also submitted numerous complaints to their website explaining what had happened and why this was happening but have heard nothing back.
    Has anyone else experienced this? Can anyone help me please?
