    Hi,

    I was granted a visa in 2013 never entered canada as serious things got in the way,

    now i have a few questions ans hopefully someone can help me

    the visa i got had this in the acceptance letter..


    "You must enter Canada no later than the validity noted above. If you have been issued a visa, you must also
    enter no later than the visa validity date."

    Permit validity (YYYY/MM/DD):
    2015/03/02

    does this mean if i go to canada before this date i can start the 2 year visa?

    also if i go just to start the visa can i go and leave just to kick off the visa?

    Yes you can go come Canada just to activate it and then travel back and
    Forth during the two years. Keep in mind you will need insurance for the full two years and proof of funds etc.
