I have recently been made redundant and my contract allows for a step down in commission payments due after termination. My company wont give me data on this or pay the amounts so what recourse do I have ? I have written to them several times so dont expect any more internal processes.... Do I go to NERA ? I am also running unfair dismissal so it is a bit messy so should this be dealt with in that forum....?

Any help appreciated.....I am meeting with a solicitor this week to progress the unfair dismissal case.
