First point of call should be your ISP, has the phone line just been installed? Has the DSL service been activated yet? Is there a dial tone on the line (if you have a phone service).

Most likely waiting for DSL to be jumpered on (assuming youve set it up correctly). Call your ISP for the due date.

Check with your ISP, but it can be over a week from memory.

It's worth contacting them, just to be sure (and they can give you an activation date as well). You can call them free on 1901.

    God help you!
I wanted the same thing from Eircom and it took six (6) months to sort out. (Still waiting for a refund cheque from them)

I hope it works out differently for you.
