mma clubs/beginner training

    are there any clubs around leinster, preferrably close to carlow who offer beginner training? been interested in it for a while decided to look into it.

    Most of the gyms are Beginner friendly. Carlow IT has an MMA club if you're interested.

    If you're willing to come into Kilkenny Sully's Gym/Kilkenny Boxing Academy has a BJJ/MMA classes. Dragon's Lair has one I believe. I don't know if Top Pro Kilkenny still has one.

    Tuatha De Dannan in Portlaoise do MMA if you are willing to travel and its a great place to train. Myles Price also trains out of Kilkenny and Myles is a great guy, their place is Sullys. Mick Aldridge does BJJ classes in Carlow and Mick is an excellent instructor.
