Retiling floors with underfloor

Ive recently moved house and want to retile the hall and kitchen area. Its a large area of over 80 square metres with underfloor heating. Apparently it'll be really difficult to remove the existing tiles and I'm wondering do I have any alternative options. If I tile over tile with porcelain will I lose alot of heat? Someone also mentioned Karndean flooring as an option due to its thinness but I really dont want a laminate. I cant imagine how it could look like a ceramic tile.
