    Hi,

My brother has found himself in a really difficult place with his ex. They are shared owners of the house that she is living in but were never married. She stopped paying her half of the mortgage and has let it go into arrears. She has sold or gotten rid of his belongings from the house, we are not sure which but they are gone. He pays his agreed share of the mortgage, maintenance and towards childcare while she is working so she should have no excuse not to pay her share of the mortgage. Unfortunately he has a good job and she knows all too well.

She causes hassle over the court ordered access and he has had to go to court numerous times to try get it sorted, she stops him from seeing the kids whenever she can!

Anyway, that's some background, he now needs a really, really good family law solicitor as hers is quite a piece of work and she is taking him for everything. He is a good guy and has always respected his responsibilities when it comes to his kids and really doesn't deserve the crap he is being dealt.

The solicitor will need to specialize in family law and property ownership. He is based in North Dublin so ideally a solicitor around that area or possibly city center if the recommendation is a great one.

Thanks for reading and for any advice or recommendations,
    C_31
