Summer work abroad

Hi, I'm in 1st year of college at the moment and hope to find work abroad somewhere in Europe for the summer (ideally end of May until end of August). I don't want to work in a bar or do promotional work for nightclubs but other than working with drunk people I will do anything. I would love to get a job in Greece/Italy but really anywhere in Europe would be great.

I have been researching summer jobs abroad but I'd really appreciate if anyone with any tips for finding work could help. I haven't done TEFL yet but will be doing it after the summer.

Any advice on finding work would be great, thanks!

Do you speak Italian or Greek? Both of these countries have high unemployment rates, so employers are in a strong position to favour native language speakers. So if you do decide to go there you need to be well prepared to support yourself for some time be for finding work.
