Vauxhall Cavalier Turbo Wanted!

    Hey There!
Since I was a teenager, I've always wanted to buy a 1993/1994 late spec Cavalier turbo but over the last few recent years, (While I have been living abroad), they've become very difficult to find, even in the UK.
I've only ever been interested in an original example with a good service history, smooth running engine, decent body work, 4x4 transfer box that works, original Turbo wheels and if possible, full leather interior. In other words, I ain't looking for a rusty GSI replica with a slapped in turbo engine. You know what I mean.
The plan is to find a fairly good one that I can fully restore over time. Total Vauxhall have featured one on their cover this month and it's the reason why I've started looking again.
Question is: Does anyone out there know where I could get one? By the way, I'm based in Kerry!

Whatever hope you have in the UK, I can't see you bring lucky in Ireland.

Say the Calibra turbo easier to get hands on these days, not seen a decent one for few years. Last couple were I did see were modified badly in Donegal. UK be better bet than here.

Good luck with search, there stunning cars, hoping to find its baby brother a GSi for budget Resto myself later in year.

I know of one or two, but they are owned by enthusiasts and cold dead hands come to mind. They were brought in from the UK and they were looking for a while.

There is an example of it's first cousin for sale in NI. http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C474110

    I think I know where there's a 1995 Vauxhall Cavalier 2.0i. Check tomorrow.
