Wondering if anyone could help me here. I've been able to open ports plenty when required over the last year, but some reason today its not letting me.

I'm trying to open port 8621. For a few seconds I can see it as open, but then it closes again.

Really annoying me, trying to watch a video game tournament and simply cant, getting nothing but buffering like mad. the IP in the screenshot is the internal address assigned to the Pc I'm using. Have tried both the PC IP solo, the router ip solo, and both of them together, nothing keeping the port open.

Does the external IP start with 10?
