Different styles on the same arm?

I've been thinking about filling the space on my right forearm with a koi fish that'll wrap between the traditional style dagger and heart that's on the outside of my forearm (in colour) and the all seeing eye I have done on the inside of my forearm (in b&w).

Just wondering if people think this would be too drastic a difference in styles that it'd look out of place or weird?

It's your arm. Get what you want. My arm is a mix of realism, old school, cartoons, sketch style and hand poke.
