Hi can I just double check on an offer one of your staff is advertising on a couple of Facebook websites that for 35 I can get unlimited fibre but I can have a free 7 day trial period with it first before I make up my mind???

It would be great to hear from some one as soon possible thanks!

thats a odd as they have to get eircom in to install a new modem and change your configuration at the local junction box. quite a lot of work for someone who might not take it up.

You're entitled to a 14 day cooling off period from when you order it by phone
It might take longer than 14 days to install though?

Did you mean to post this on the vodafone forum?

Just ensure that you understand that Vodafones "unlimited" offer is not actually unlimited. There is a fair usage cap of 300Gb data per month. Anything in excess of this will incur additional charges.

Vodafone aren't charging for exceeding the FUP. I can confirm that as I've gone over it several times.

When did you sign your contract with them? All contracts after July 2014 have the 300Gb fair usage limit written into the contract and yes people are being charged. Contracts pre July 2014 are genuinely unlimited.

That's because you signed up before July 2014. Several people on here are complaining about it because Vodafone never mentioned it on their website at the time.
