RTE Player question

Not sure if in the correct forum but here goes.

Does anyone know why RTE Player has so few American programs listed at the minute? Is mostly soaps, documentaries and TV50 (if that's what they're called).

Been discussing it with a friend and all we can come up with is that it's due to the Xmas schedule showing very little from the US.

    Any ideas anyone?

It will only have shows that were previously broadcast and they expire after 3 or 4 weeks.

That's what we were thinking - most of the shows we watch on the player weren't shown over the xmas period so anything from before would have expired by now (21 days)

Sometimes shows even have a shorter life on the player on occasion - Love/Hate for instance only was up a week for each one. So if you're waiting to catch up on a few together it's worth checking out when they expire so you don't get caught out.
