I've heard great things about the 30 day Shred, its on my to-do list so cant confirm if that's true or not.

I did the 30 day shred after having a baby, it's very good for bringing some tone back and losing weight. 20 minutes a day, free on youtube. There's 3 of them, level 1 for 10 days, level 2 and level 3.

Couch to 5 k is a decent program for jogging as well.

For bingo wings you'll need to lose fat and tone up. Focus on your diet first of all. Add in some cardio like running or swimming, anything that gets your heart rate up. Add in some strength training on alternate days, I used kettlebells which are great for the arms. You'll find lots of routines on Youtube.

Supposedly arm fat is mainly to do with diet so start there.

30 day shred will definitely make a big difference, however, if you're any way fit already and brave, Jillian Michaels has a kettle bell DVD (she's the trainer from 30DS) called Shred it with Weights, that will whip you into shape. 30DS is very good though, especially to start off with. I ditched 2 stone for our wedding (even did a boudoir shoot for hubby ;) ) so if you want any help, gimme a PM. Best of luck with it!

Run and teach your momma to run too so you don't run over her ass.

If you have a relatively strong front crawl, swimming is great for toning up your arms.

First and main exercise to enhance weight loss is to concentrate on what you are eating and cut back where necessary. (some people see results by cutting out fast food or cutting back on alcohol).

Pick and exercise then that you know you will do. Be it walking, jogging (mixture of both) or swimming or whatever, but pick something you will ENJOY and will do. If you hate running, do something else etc etc.

Mix your improved diet with your bit of exercise during the week and i guarantee over time you will see results, it may be weeks and it may be months but it will happen. Then there are simple exercises for the back of your arms, triceps dips are top of the list i reckon. Something easy to do and get in your routine, every time you get out of bed in the morning, scootch to the side of the bed, hold the edge and slip your body off the side and gently lower and raise yourself. Start with whats comfortable, and then after week 1 try and get to 10 or 20 or whatever. :)

Best of luck and congrats on the engagement

Just looking up the 30 Shred it plan, very similar to the 30 Day Abb Challenge one. I don't this but have to admit I got bored half way through, just with the time it took. But I am going to start it again now and maybe just go to doing 25 of each..

I cannot find it there online but I have it saved someplace if any wants it. It was lets say day one you do 3 Side lunges, 3 squats, 3 jumping jacks (which are surprisingly affective) and there is another one where you push you belly into the air while lying on your back, and then the next day tis 6 and so on...

I only done it for a month on and off and I defo noticed a difference in my butt and arms from the jumping jacks oh there was push ups too.. Even himself said he say it, then I stopped and we haven't spoken about it haha

It's not like an ab challenge at all, it incorporates cardio, strength and abs, 3 circuits with 3 mins strength,2mins cardio and 1 minute of abs. You do each level for 10 days.

Sort your diet out. Even if you do any of the aforementioned exercise programmes, you won't get anything likt the results you should if your diet is poor.

You can't spot reduce fat. My advice is to clean up your diet, cut out refined sugars and processed foods, eat more whole some foods instead (nuts, fruits, veg, lean meats) and do a mix of cardio (HITT) combined with resistance training (focus on high reps, full range of motion with light weight) - this should get you in shape

Belly/stomach fat can also be a result of the stress hormone cortisol, which is produced in the adrenal glands. So if you're stressed, this won't help, try reduce it (holistic therapies) combined with adequate rest/sleep

    All the best

Please don't bother with any useless "programs". You need to replace all white foods like white bread, rice and potatoes with healthier options.

Stick to 2 slices of wholemeal bread with beans or scrambled egg for breakfast. Get smoothie with lots of fruit for lunch, homemade of course. And cut down on sugar, fizzy drinks rand fried food, actually avoid them altogether. Try to make homemade soups and eat whole foods.

Just start with walking around the parks, slowly build up to jogging then running and you will be amazed.
