Hey guys dont think their is a section for this but could people show their diet plans/gym workout schedules etc. so other people can advise and give thoughts on them.

    Il go 1st. I'm 26 (and 11 months ;) ). Just under 14 stone. 5 foot 9.

This is my current diet and gym routine at the moment which was recommended to me by a dietitian! Id like to hear peoples thoughts.

Breakfast: 2 turkey rashers, 3 poached eggs.

11am: 2 rice cakes, 2 scoops of kinetica whey protein.

Lunch: 2 pat the baker slimbos, breast and 1/2 chicken. Salsa and lettuce.

    4pm: 1 Orange, 2 scoop of protein.

6.30pm: 1 hr of weights training followed by 30 mins on a gym bike.

8.30pm(ish): Dinner, 150g of lean mince, half a tin of tomatoes, green veg, half a sweet potato

10pm(ish): 1 scoop of casein protein.

4 liters of water a day. Gym 4 times a week.

Thoughts and opinions whether good or bad are welcome.

Probably other people better qualified here but all depends on what your goal is. If the goal is to lose weight, I would take alot of what you have but tweak it and finish with something like this:

    Breakfast: 3 poached eggs

11am: Snack (if needed at all - I personally don't)

1pm: Lose the bread if you can - plenty of alternatives

    4pm: Snack (again if needed- I personally don't )

6.30pm: 1 hr of weights training followed by 30 mins on a gym bike - that's fine although I wouldn't do bike every day as body will adapt - vary if possible - run, circuits etc.

8.30pm(ish): Dinner, 150g of lean mince, half a tin of tomatoes, green veg, half a sweet potato Thats ok

10pm(ish): 1 scoop of casein protein - I'd take this straight after the gym.

You are taking ALOT of protein above - don't think you require this much. Getting plenty of natural protein in breakfast (eggs), lunch (chicken), dinner (lean mince)

That depends. You can do mix up the training on the bike. 30 minutes doesn't have to be 30 minutes going steady.

Agreed - more so than sanity than anything I suggested varying it. But if an injury or something means he can only do bike, then that is fair enough
