    Seems to get good reviews on the site anyway. Might give it a try, same engine albeit with 50k miles less.

    All it's does is thin the oil so more falls to the sump can clear depesets of sludge also
    Just change out old oil when hot not cold

    I think by just using the sump plug to drain would probably be more effective at removing dirty oil and crap from the engine than using a flush. Plus, it's free to do that.

    I wouldn't use it, especially on an engine with those miles. You could end up only making things worse. I even think it says it on some of those flushes not to use it on an engine that has more than circa 70k miles done.

    Yeah, unless something was wrong and the engine actually needed a flush I would not do it either.
    Is there a particular reason you want to do this on a 2003 car?

    Lots wrong with it.
    I don't think an oil flush can do much more damage.

    Ya? Dislodging nuggets of crud and blocking thin passageways and oil pickups

    Personally I'd never use oil flush

    also it can clean too much carbon build up on older engines.... over time cylinder wear a bit and can stay sealed with help of carbon build up, clear that and it can mess your engine.....
    first hand experience of this.... unless required drain at sump and you should be fine

    Had a crankshaft sensor problem on an E46 N46.
    These are a pain to change due to the location.
    After mechanic replaced, he suggested an engine flush next time oil change was done as there was sludge build up on the old sensor.

    Seems that an oil flush could have sorted the problem out rather than sensor replacement.
    It would have been an easier first go anyway.
