Confusing bus number plate

Ok so today when I was travelling home from school I took down a Dublin bus registration plate so I could put it into the car check website to see what comes up and to my surprise this happens. I definitely didn't take down the reg wrong, can anyone explain this? It's very strange.

Down as a Fiesta on MotorTax.ie so that's why Motorcheck have it. If your certain it is the correct number most likely a mistake at the VRO.

You may not have taken down the wrong teg but you put the wrong one Into motorcheck.

Contact Dublin Bus and tell them they have the wrong plate on the bus.
