Family of 3 flying with aerlingus with 1 checked bag

    I'm trying to book return flights for 3 and 1 checked bag, but I can only find an option to add 1 bag per person.

    Is it possible to book 1 bag between us?

    No. You'll need to add on one checked bag for one person in the group and then select 0 checked bags for the other two people.

    So I just make the booking with no bags, then go back in and add 1 bag after the booking is made?

    No, when you're offered a chance to book bags, add 1 bag for the main passenger and then add 0 bags for the others.
