Hello all, Im just wondering how to go about this. My partner is currently receiving FIS. We got married 6 weeks ago now. I know I must update the information regarding the FIS. My partner does not work and I was going to claim her tax credits (if possible ). Im just unsure if the FIS and tax credits are linked. If I claimed the her tax credits could it affect the FIS payment.

    Regards
    Rich

Fis is not taxable income , so not linked to tax credits

FIS staff will not contact Revenue directly in relation to claims
