    Hi, I bought a Optoma hd141x in the sales on the 30th of Dec. I'm delighted I went with Richersounds and the 5 year warranty is a great piece of mind. Can't wait!

    That's the problem though, still says status is not shipped. I presume ye are flat-out but any better idea when my projector will be shipped and possibly delivered please? Need to plan my room and set up, so a time frame would be great. My order no is 100798.

    Apologies for the delay. Yeah it has been crazy here over Christmas and the New year. Our courier was also closed for most of the holiday period.

    I have done some checking and the projector should be arriving with you today and you can get everything setup and start enjoying your new projector.

    Any problems please let me know.

    Apologies for the delay. Yeah it has been crazy here over Christmas and the New year. Our courier was also closed for most of the holiday period.

    Hi Aaron, sorry to hear that you are having issues with getting your delivery. We did try to deliver yesterday but the driver said that he could not get into your apartments and tried calling you on the number that we have.
     
    I have sent you a PM asking you some info about the delivery.
