hinged doors to sliding doors

    hi all,

    im looking to convert six 495mm x 2140mm wardrobe doors to three 1 meter wide sliding doors. can any 1 share any links they may have to any sites for this type of retro fit. is it even possible to fit sliding doors on this size carcass? even peoples experiences doing these fits and the problems they encountered. ill include pictures when i get a chance

    Whip the 6 doors off.
    Go to B&Q and pick up 3 sliding doors ( range from 100-150 per door )
    Get the slider kit ( consists of top and bottom tracks, one mounted to the ceiling and the other to the base - about €40 )
    You may have to build up the base depending on your floor to ceiling height.
    If you're handy, its an easy retrofit. Done the same in my place. A few hrs will sort it.
