hello,
I don't know if this a phobia or if it even has a name but it's affected me for most of my life not that anyone knows.

I'm mixed race and grew up in a pretty bad area of Ireland so had racist abuse constantly thrown at me growing up, now that I'm older I'm terrified of meeting new people, going to interviews,looking them in the eye, getting in photos, joining any clubs etc I'm scared of people looking at me thinking foreigner, or that I'm dirty.

people I grew up with made me feel like being half Malaysian /irish was a dirty thing and stuff.

I hate how I can't join clubs or relax about going anywhere, is this a social anxiety thing or just a new phobia
