    Yes. I used indigo car hire. You hire car with avis. It works out a bit dearer but is possible

    Not impossible. I rented one with Avis in Dublin 3 months ago with a visa debit card no issus. They make you pay for the insurance and charge your card for fuel. If you leave the car back full they will refund the money for fuel.

    The charged the amount it cost to fill the car from empty using the rate they set for fuel.

    If you return it full they refund this amount.

    Avis and thats about it. I called all the places in the airport and avis was the only one which would take our visa debit
