upc wireless not working

Hi I have upc broadband - but the wireless is not working with 2 weeks. The modem is on and the third green light from end keeps flashing. If I plug in laptop to modem then broadband does work - but wireless does not work. Any ideas please - will I have to wait till Monday to contact UPC.

Reset the box with the pinhole on the back. If that doesnt resolve it call them on Monday morning.
