Samsung Smart Tv 'On TV' and Saorview

    Hi,
I recently purchased the Samsung Smart TV H5500.
I am tuned to Saorview and all channels are listed as expected and can be viewed without issue via the built in EPG (Guide).

However an issue I've noticed is on the 'On TV' service in the Smart Hub.

It lists what is currently running on all Saorview channels and what is up next via a set of mini rectangles to the right of the screen.
If I select a channel it previews it in a bigger window to the left (and if I select it again it will open in full screen mode).

Problem is that it is confused as to what channel numbers correspond to some (not all) stations and so tunes to incorrect channel.

    The problematic channels are:
RTE1 tunes to 22 when it should go to 1
RTE1+1 tunes to 18 when it should go to 8
RTE Jr tunes to 23 instead of 7

UTV Ireland is not currently listed on 'On TV' service.

All other channels behave normally (RTE2 TV3 TG4 RTE NEWS NOW).

Interestingly all channels with the issue are transmitted on Mux2, while all channels with no issue are transmitted on Mux1.

Seems like too much of a coincidence for that not to be a factor in the issue I see.

I am based in Templeogue and have strongest signal to the Kippure transmitter (mux1: ch 54 mux2: ch58) to pick up the Saorview signal.

I have spoke with Samsung support and they have said contact Saorview.

Anybody experiencing similar issues or can shed light can you share your thoughts / suggestions.

    Regards

    Gary
