Two jobs, how to pay tax?

I am currently working two jobs, my "normal 9 to 5 job" and to get some extra money on the side I am also working as a delivery driver.

In my 9 to 5 job, I make 471 euro a week before taxes and as a delivery driver I roughly make 300-350 euro a week.
The first job is a PAYE income, the delivery job is not.

How do I go about to to make me driving deliveries a legit income?
I am not employed by the restaurant, instead I work as a contractor/self-employed.

Will I need to provide any forms to my current employer, or is it enough that I follow the procedure regarding taxation self-assesment on revenue.ie/en/tax/it/leaflets/it10.html?

    So confused right now..
