Shower has stopped working...

    A triton electric shower.
It works for maybe a minute and then makes a loud noise and the water stops coming out of the head. Also, it's dripping while not on.
I changed the hose and the shower head - it didn't make a difference.
Any idea what might be wrong?

The dripping is a faulty solenoid. This needs replacing. but that will only sort out the drip.
I'm guessing it's a t90. if this is the case then you to replace the brushes or possibly even the pump.

    Thanks for the reply.
The drip seems to have magically fixed itself overnight!
I haven't tried the shower yet though
