Rad is Hot - Rad is Not , Dual Heating System

    Hi,

    One of my rads is hot when the fire is on and the back boiler is going but it barely gets warm when the oil heating is on , any idea why this would be ?

    Your system most likely needs to be balanced. Try closing them all on that zone except that one Rad. Then when it heats open and balance the others 1 by 1.

    I presume balancing them isn't a DIY job and I would need to get in a professional ?
