    Hi,

Wondering if anybody can advise what happens if somebody gives an undertaking in court and then blatantly breaks it, video evidence will confirm it?

Undertakings were given at circuit court level and they closed over Christmas so left in limbo over the holidays and they affect personal safety.

    Thanks.

Court will take a serious view of a breach of an undertaking.

Bring the evidence to your solicitor.

You will have to swear an affidavit detailing the breaches of the undertaking

Then they are held in contempt and are liable for a fine/ jail / further orders as the judge directs
