    Looks good to me.

If it were me, I'd probably want a bigger monitor considering the budget, but that's up to you. Maybe consider juggling the amount devoted to monitor/keyboard/mouse.

Build wise, machine is solid, though you can easily afford to get a lower powered PSU, good quality 430w and above is more than enough for a GTX970 build.

    Otherwise though it's solid.

Would like to keep the higher powered PSU so I can add to the build further down the line without needing to buy a new PSU.

Any recommendations on the monitor front? Could probably spend another bit on it. Had a quick look at the 24" ASUS VS248H

I have two BENQ 24" monitors. Absolutely love them.

A really nice Lg I had broke, and I bought a BENQ on a whim cause it was on sale, loved it so much ended up replacing my other monitor to have two of the same.

It was only on sale yesterday at €129, a friend was looking for two after he saw mine.

They frequently come down in price though, I paid €150 for the first one about 18 months ago, then paid €130 for a second one.

I love the BENQ ones. They are really good colouring, where as I had an Asus that was really washed out looking in comparison.

It's down to €125 at the moment on hardwareversand excluding shipping which seems like a fairly good deal

New to the idea of Overclocking as well so if anyone has any inside on what I should look at before going about it that would be great.

Found a long list of problems associated with the Asrock mobo so I'm going to return it and follow your advice. Thanks for saving me!
