Sky Sports 5 not activated

    So I upgraded to Sky Sports today (ahead of the NFL playoffs). Rang Sky (my provider) and it was running within minutes.

    Anyway, went to watch NFL on Sky Sports 5 and it's not activated ?!

    Sky Sports 1-4 all working. Do I need to activate SS5 online ? I was under the impression that was for UK only. I should have SS5 right ?

    It's is UK only. Best thing to do is give sky a shout and ask them to resend the signals. Should be working before you get off the phone.

    Or, if you are registered for my sky, Google activate sky card, sign in and put in the relevant details and it should work.

    Sky sports 5 is available to everyone with sports.

    Thanks. Sky offices closed til tomorrow.

    I just entered my details at the link (I have my sky stuff setup. Sky Sports 5 works on Sky Go. I'm watching it right now online).

    Will check if that worked.

    Still not working on the TV. But he site said it can take up to 2 hours.

    Rang there but "extremely high volume" and wait time of "20 minutes". Hung up. Will ring in the morning.

    I had this issue recently, sent them an email through their contact us page, got a reply saying they could not fix due to a technical issue and had to escalate further. All sorted within 48hrs.
