Hi I own a 06 MG ZT. Lately even though my engine has been switch off the cooling fan at the front of the engine bay stays running. At first I left it thinking that the engine may need to cool down but I returned to the car a good 10mins later and the fan was still running. Now everytime I have to leave the car I have to disconnect the battery. Looking for advice How to solve this problem please.

I have been told the first thing to check when a problem like this arises is that the level of coolant is correct, just in case there is a leak somewhere and you have lost it. After that it could be a faulty switch which usually isnt a big deal but you will need to ask others for advice on that

Not exactly a D15 issue, so moving to motors forum

Could be a faulty temp sensor or fan switch. As already posted, check coolant correct and no oil in the coolant.
Petrol or diesel? If petrol I'm sure you know of the K - series head gasket issues...
