Couch to 5k in west Dublin?

Hi folks, does anyone know of any couch to 5k program's kicking off in the new year in west Dublin? Anywhere from Lucan, Palmerston, clonsilla, blanch, mulhuddart etc.... Or anywhere in the Phoenix park, or even leixlip or cellbridge, dunshaughlin...

We've tried dunboyne ac, but the start time of 9pm really doesn't suit tbh.

I've tried google, but not having much luck as I don't know all the clubs, and many pages seem outdated...

Lucan barriers have a fit 4 life on Monday night's and when u complete that u can move to the other groups on Tuesday and Thursday nights

Donore Harriers have a fit4life group that meet 6:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. It wouldn't be a couch to 5K as such but would be suited to walkers, joggers, runners...they've a good, wide range of abilities.

Watertown Warriors will be starting their 3rd Couch 2 5k group On Jan 5. It's mostly based in Watertown Park, Palmerton, off the N4. They run Mon and Wed, Sat am based around the Parkrun and unusually offer a mix of am (10am) and pm (7.30) so tends to get a good mix of people and you can switch between am/pm as suits. I've helped out with some of the groups and would recommend it for someone starting out as there is a nice atmosphere and majority of the group are new to running.

Brothers Pearse AC , will begin their 3rd C25k in early Feb. It will be based just opposite The Speaker Connolly pub on the Firhouse Road, which is not far from our club base in Cherryfield Park, and will be on Monday and Wednesday at 7pm . More details available if you private mail me .
